Thanks for Visiting Western Pacific Wholesale. With over 15 years of combined warehousing and wholesale experience, we strive to provide the most competitive pricing online with the fastest shipping times. Our store Terms / Conditions:Shipping Insurance: Each item is shipped 100% fully insured against damage or loss. Freight items that we ship (bathtubs and saunas for example) will require a signature on delivery.
Refund Policy: We do accept returns within 14 days of arrival. If for any reason an item arrives damaged we'll have it replaced free of charge. If you simply don't want / need an item, you can return it to us within 14 days. We do charge a 15% restocking fee on opened items. Any shipping charges are also non refundable.
Shipping Policy: All items will ship within 1 business day of receiving an order. **** On large items such as saunas or bathtubs, a phone # is required. If it is not provided with your order, it will be delayed until we receive this. We will email once we receive your order, asking for a good phone #. We will sometimes confirm the shipping address if it seems to be missing info. Freight items will take between 2 and 10 business days (potentially up to 2 weeks) depending on your distance from San Diego, CA area. If you are on a deadline, please contact us first before we ship. Freight shipments are shipped "Curbside" by default. "White Glove" or inside delivery is available, generally around $200-300 extra. Unfortunately the freight carriers will not bring inside without an additional charge. Its generally just 1 guy with a truck doing the delivery. Smaller items are shipped UPS ground.
